1. 炭黑分散度测试仪是做什么用的?

炭黑分散度测试仪用于检测聚烯烃管材、管件和混配料中炭黑(或颜料)颗粒在基体中的分散均匀程度。它通过高倍显微镜采集样品切面图像,再由专业软件对炭黑粒团的尺寸、数量和分布进行分析,最终给出分散度等级评定。是管材厂、塑料改性厂和质检实验室判断产品质量一致性的关键设备。


2. 仪器符合哪些标准?

本仪器严格按照 GB/T 18251-2019《聚烯烃管材、管件和混配料中颜料或炭黑分散度的测定》设计,该标准修改采用 ISO 18553:2002。同时适用于 PE100 燃气管、给水管等产品出厂检验中炭黑分散度 ≤ 3 级的判定要求。

4.炭黑分散测试样品怎么制备?需要什么设备?

有压片法和切片法,需要烘箱,载玻片,弹簧夹,金属垫片。

常用压片法,用手术刀沿产品的不同部位切割六个试样,测定颜料分散时,每个试样质量为(0.6±0.2)mg.测定炭黑分散时,每个试样质量为(0.2士0.10)mg。把六个试样放置在一个或几个干净的显微镜载玻片上,使每个试样与其相邻试样或载玻片边缘近似等距排放,用另一个(或几个)干净的载玻片盖住。

可以使用金属或其他材料制成的垫片,以保证制备好的试样厚度均匀。由于试样质量和厚度已给定,因此每个试样的幅宽至少4mm。

使用烘箱,用弹簧夹夹住两个载玻片。将夹好的载玻片放置在烘箱中,保持烘箱温度在150°C~210°C,放置至少10min,直到每个试样的厚度达到规定的要求。将载玻片从烘箱里取出,冷却后移走弹簧夹。
