特点:


1.配备7英寸彩色触摸屏,方便显示详细的试验信息。自动记录冲击高度、砝码重量等参数。冲击后,用户指示试样是否破坏,系统自动计算真实TIR值。

2.在电气、机械和软件层面均设有全面的安全措施,包括上下限位开关、软件限位保护、漏电保护、短路保护及操作人员误操作保护。

3.试样垫铁配备电动驱动装置,可垂直升降。可自动归零——准确、快速、便捷。组合式V形金属垫板,适用于不同直径的管材。

4.可自动归零、冲击后自动抓取冲击锤、自动提升冲击锤,使试验过程简单、高效、智能化。

5.采用气动结构进行冲击锤释放和抓取。冲击锤释放时,在无压缩空气状态下具有自动锁止功能——安全可靠。消除了电磁系统中常见的反复弯折导致线缆断裂、漏电及冲击锤打滑等问题。防二次冲击系统100%可靠。冲击锤抓取结构采用两点式设计,配300N长行程气缸,抓取表面采用耐磨聚氨酯材料,确保固定牢靠。替代传统电磁机构,采用气动系统,夹持力大且无烧毁风险。

6.冲击锤提升平稳可靠。冲击高度可在50mm~2000mm范围内任意设定。具有提升高度自动校准功能,校准精度在±2mm以内。
