邵氏硬度计:A型 vs D型——有什么区别?

 

邵氏A型和邵氏D型是测量橡胶和塑料硬度最常用的两种硬度计标尺。两者的测试原理相同——将标准化的压头在规定压力下压入材料表面,将压入深度换算为0~100的硬度值。区别在于压头形状、施加压力和适用材料

 软质材料选A型:橡胶、弹性体等中低硬度材料。

 硬质材料选D型:硬橡胶、硬质塑料等高硬度橡塑材料。

 切换原则:A型读数超过90 HA时,应改用D型以获得更准确的结果;D型读数低于20 HD时,换回A型。越接近量程两端,测量误差越大。

 Q1:邵氏硬度计是测什么的?

邵氏硬度计用于测量硫化橡胶、热塑性橡胶和塑料的压入硬度,广泛应用于质量检测、材料实验室和生产现场抽检。

 

 Q2:邵氏A、C、D型有什么区别?

三者原理相同,但压头形状和施加力不同:

 A型——钝锥形压头,测软橡胶和弹性体

 C型——5 mm球形压头,测泡沫和海绵材料

 D型——尖锥形压头,测硬橡胶和硬质塑料

 

 Q3:怎么选A型还是D型?

大多数橡胶和柔性材料先从邵氏A型试起。如果读数超过90 HA,说明材料偏硬,换邵氏D型更准确;反之,如果D型读数低于20 HD,说明材料偏软,换回A型。

 

 Q4:需要配测试支架吗?手持测行不行?

手持测量适合现场快速检测和大型已安装部件的抽检。如果是实验室标准测试或用于质量认证,必须搭配专用测试机架,才能保证施力一致、结果准确可重复。

 

 Q5:样品怎么准备才测的准?

 试样表面要干净、平整,无油污、灰尘和氧化层。

 样品厚度至少6 mm(薄样品可叠层测试)。

 在室温(20℃ ± 10℃)、无振动环境下测试。

 至少在不同位置测3个点,取平均值。

 

 Q6:硬度计多久校准一次?

每次使用前都要用标准硬度块校零核查;连续生产时每班至少校准一次。正式计量校准建议每年一次,或按质量管理体系要求执行。

 

 Q7:为什么每次测出来的数值不一样?

常见原因:

 手持测试时力度或倾斜角度不一致

 测点太靠近样品边缘(应距边缘至少12 mm)

 样品厚度不足

 测试时温度差异

 表面粗糙或材质不均

使用测试机架可以消除大部分人为操作误差。

 

 Q8:邵氏硬度计符合哪些标准?
