負荷熱變形的溫度HDT的測試原理:是將塑膠標準試樣浸在等速升溫的液體傳熱介質中,以平放或側立管道承受三點彎曲恒定負荷,使其產生規定的彎曲應力,在勻速升溫條件下,量測達到與規定彎曲應變增量相對應的標準撓度時的溫度,為該資料的熱變形溫度。


維卡軟化溫度測試原理:是測定熱塑性塑膠於特定液體傳熱介質中,在一定的負荷、一定的等速升溫條件下,試樣被1平方毫米針頭壓入1mm深度時的溫度.

問:這一台機器可以同時做熱變形軟化點或維卡軟化點溫度的實驗嗎?

答: 不可以。 這兩個實驗對升溫速率和實驗方法的要求完全不同,囙此不能在同一台機器上同時進行。


問:這臺設備需要用什麼樣的二甲基矽油?

答: 可根據測試資料的軟化點溫度進行選擇。 一般選用閃點為300°C的二甲基矽油,油品粘度建議控制在100 cSt(裡斯)以內。


問:二甲基矽油需要多長時間更換?

答: 需根據實驗使用頻率定期檢查。 建議隨時觀察實驗介質的狀態,如發現二甲基矽油已變質(如顏色變深、渾濁或產生异味),應及時更換。 在正常使用條件下,通常建議每半年更換一次。


問:你們的設備帶製冷功能嗎?

答: 設備本身不帶製冷功能,但已預留介面,可外接冷水機進行冷卻。


問:做實驗的過程中會產生很大的油烟嗎?

答:建議選用優質的二甲基矽油,在實驗過程中會產生輕微的油烟,實驗室可在設備上方安置排烟罩。
