俄罗斯喀山塑料管材检测中心——静液压试验恒温介质箱应用方案

项目背景

喀山塑料管材质量检测中心是俄罗斯当地一家权威的第三方检测机构。主要工作包括塑料管材的质量抽查、生产许可证检测,以及工程验收测试。日常静液压试验量超过20组。

但原有的老式恒温水箱问题不少,随着检测任务越来越重,三个痛点变得尤为突出: 

第一,控温不精准。水箱里不同位置的温差最大能到3℃,远达不到国家标准要求的±0.5℃。结果不准,只能反复复检,浪费时间也影响口碑。

第二,保温太差。做95℃高温长期试验时,热量散失很快,加热器频繁启停,温度来回波动。不仅电费高,长期测试的稳定性也受影响。

第三,工位不够用。老设备工位少,而且没有制冷系统,很多日常检测需求都满足不了。一旦接到大型工程检测项目,只能外委出去,白白损失业务收入。

20257月,检测中心决定对实验室设备进行升级,最终选用了我们定制的315型管材静液压试验恒温介质箱,上述问题一一得到解决。

方案配置

针对检测中心的实际需求,我们提供了以下定制方案:

- 温度范围:20℃95℃,冷热双模式,覆盖GB/T 6111标准中所有试验温度,支持低温恒温调节。

- 控温精度:温度波动度和整体均匀度都控制在±0.5℃以内,完全满足国标精度要求,消除结果偏差。

- 材质与保温:内胆采用2mm厚的304不锈钢,双层保温层厚度85mm95℃长期运行时,箱体外表面依然接近室温,耗电量比老设备降低72%。更安全,也更省电。

- 循环系统:配备德国威乐大流量循环泵(135L/min)和强制对流设计,保证水箱内各处水温均匀一致,避免局部温差导致试验失败。

- 安全设计:漏电保护、过温报警、缺水停机保护一应俱全。满足实验室安全规范,可以无人值守进行长期试验,比如连续1000小时测试。

- 定制化设计:水箱还加装了一分五的加压模块和截止阀,大幅增加了测试工位数量。

这套方案完全符合GB/T 6111-2018等十多项目国家和行业标准,适用于PEPVCPPRPB、铝塑复合管等各种塑料管材的静液压试验环境要求。

应用效果

设备从202512月投入使用以来,已经完成超过1200组静液压试验。检测中心技术团队反馈非常好:

- 检测更准了:控温精度始终稳定在±0.5℃,复检率从之前的12%直接降到0,再也没有因为温度问题闹过结果争议。

- 成本降了:保温效果突出,单台设备每月平均省电约620度,一年下来电费节省超过1000美元,不到5年就能收回设备投入。

- 业务更强了:实现了315mm及以下管材的全覆盖检测能力。一个水箱最多可以同时测试60个试样。2025年下半年就新接了8个大型工程项目,直接增加收入近4万美元。

- 干活更高效了:自动控温和安全保护设计支持无人值守,检测人员可以同时管好几组长期试验,工作效率提高了大约40%

客户评价
