背景

哈萨克斯坦某大型管道生产企业,实验室每天需要处理大量不同材质、不同规格的管材样品,包括PEPVCPPR等。

在管材拉伸性能试验之前,制样是关键的第一步。样品质量直接决定检测结果的准确性。

问题:制样环节又慢又不稳定,无法满足大量的测试需求,人工效率低下,制样成本高

在使用SL-CNC4030 万能制样机之前,实验室主要依靠手动哑铃制样机制样,存在几个长期解决不了的问题:

1.管材制样流程复杂,效率低

管材是圆形的,要在管壁上切出标准的哑铃型,需要先把管材剖开,然后根据试样宽度,加工成相应的长条,再进行哑铃型样条的加工。一个样条,最少需要30分钟。

2.加工过程中,加工表面产生热量,影响测试结果

塑料哑铃样条,通过铣刀加工时,会产生热量,多余的热量直接影响后期的测试结果,造成测试结果出现偏差。

3.手动加工,具有安全隐患 

手动制样,容易割伤人员手指,具有安全隐患。

实验室引入SL-CNC4030后,制样方式彻底改变。

这台设备采用CNC数控技术,通过程序控制器控制三轴联动系统,驱动XYZ轴电机,并辅以高速主轴电机,构成一套高精度加工系统。

针对管材检测的具体需求,设备实现了以下功能:

哑铃型、矩形:直接从管材上切割出来,边缘光滑、尺寸准确,完全符合拉伸试验要求。

任意图形加工:三轴联动系统支持各种形状的试样定制,实验室可以根据不同标准灵活调整。

全自动制样,可在管材上直接制取样品,一键操作,轻松制样。保护人员安全。

制样过程中,可在加工表面进行冷却液制冷,保证拉伸试验效果。

使用效果

设备投入使用后,实验室的制样环节明显改善:

1. 样条合格率大幅提高

以前手工制样的合格率只有70%左右,现在稳定在98%以上。尺寸偏差小,边缘无毛刺,检测结果的重复性和再现性明显提升。

2. 制样效率提升两倍以上

原来做一个哑铃型样条需要30分钟,现在编程完成后,不到10分钟就能完成,而且一次可以做多个。制样不再是检测流程的瓶颈。

3. 降低了安全事故

以前制样经常会出现安全事故。现在程序设定好,操作人员只需要装夹样品、启动程序,大大降低了对操作人员的机械伤害。
