- 哑铃型靠模——符合 GB/T 1040 I/II 型、GB/T 8804.1~3 IA/IB/II 型、ISO 37、ASTM D412 等国内外标准。

- 长条/矩形靠模——用于制备撕裂、剪切、弯曲等试验用条形试样。

- 定制靠模——可根据客户提供的图纸或特定标准要求,加工非标形状的靠模。

更换不同靠模即可制备不同形状和标准的试样,无需反复对刀,重复精度高。  

 

Q3:使用哑铃制样机有哪些注意事项?

A: 为确保操作人员安全、设备正常运行及试样加工质量,请遵守以下注意事项:

1. 操作前仔细阅读设备使用说明书,操作人员须经培训合格后方可上岗。

2. 装夹牢固——试样毛坯必须紧贴靠模并夹紧,确认无松动后方可启动加工。

3. 佩戴防护眼镜——铣削过程中切屑飞溅,严禁将手、头发及宽松衣物靠近旋转刀具。

4. 开启吸尘装置——连接吸尘器及时吸除铣削碎屑,保持工作台面清洁,避免切屑堆积影响加工精度。

5. 不超厚加工——本机最大制样厚度为 100 mm,超厚毛坯应先进行预加工。

6. 定期检查刀具——刀具变钝或破损会导致试样边缘毛刺、尺寸不准,应及时更换或修磨。

7. 维护保养前必须关闭电源并拔下插头,防止误启动。

 

Q4:用哑铃制样机加工塑料管材试样时需要注意什么?

A: 加工塑料管材试样时,关键在于控制切削热,避免材料受热软化影响拉伸试验数据。具体要点如下:

- 分层铣削、单次吃刀量不宜过大——应分多次、逐层进刀,不要一次性铣去太厚的材料。

- 防止热量积聚——铣削过程中刀具与试样摩擦会产生热量,塑料导热性差,热量积聚易导致试样表面软化、熔融或产生内应力,直接影响拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等测试结果的准确性。

- 必要时间歇冷却——若加工过程中试样手感明显发热,应暂停加工,待冷却后再继续。

- 使用专用管材夹具——采用弧面夹具夹持管材毛坯,确保弧形管壁贴合稳固,避免加工中试样移位。
