Q3:使用啞鈴制樣機有哪些注意事項?

A: 為確保操作人員安全、設備正常運作及試樣加工質量,請遵守以下注意事項:


1. 操作前仔細閱讀設備使用說明書,操作人員須經培訓合格後方可上崗。

2. 裝夾牢固——試樣毛坯必须緊貼靠模並夾緊,確認無鬆動後方可啟動加工。

3. 佩戴防護眼鏡——銑削過程中切屑飛濺,嚴禁將手、頭髮及寬鬆衣物靠近旋轉刀具。

4. 開啟吸塵裝置——連接吸塵器及時吸除銑削碎屑,保持工作台面清潔,避免切屑堆積影響加工精度。 

5. 不超厚加工——本機最大製樣厚度為 100 mm,超厚毛坯應先進行預加工。

6. 定期檢查刀具——刀具變鈍或破損會導致試樣邊緣毛刺、尺寸不準,應及時更換或修磨。

7. 維護保養前必須關閉電源並拔下插頭,防止誤啟動。


Q4:用鈴制樣機加工塑料管材試樣時需要注意什麼?


A: 加工塑膠管材試樣時,關鍵在於控制切削熱,避免材料受熱軟化影響拉伸試驗數據。具體要點如下:

- 分層銑削、單次吃刀量不宜過大——應分多次、逐層進刀,不要一次性銑去太厚的材料。

- 防止熱量積聚——銑削過程中刀具與試樣摩擦會產生熱量,塑料導熱性差,熱量積聚易導致試樣表面軟化、熔融或產生內應力,直接影響拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率等測試結果的準確性。

- 必要時間歇性冷卻——若加工過程中試樣手感明顯發熱,應暫停加工,待冷卻後再繼續。

- 使用專用管材夾具——採用弧面夾具夾持管材毛坯,確保弧形管壁貼合穩固,避免加工中試樣移位。
