4. 如何选择合适的冲击能量?

选择冲击能量的原则是:既能使试样产生明显破坏,又不会导致能量过度溢出。一般根据管材材料、壁厚和预期冲击强度来选择:

薄壁小口径管材(如 PP-R 家装管):通常选用 15J

厚壁或高抗冲管材:通常选用 50J

建议先进行预测试,根据试样破坏程度更换摆锤能量。
