3.簡支梁衝擊試驗的基本原理是什麼?

4.如何選擇合適的衝擊能量?

選擇衝擊能量的原則是:既能使試樣產生明顯破壞,又不會導致能量過度溢出。 一般根據管材資料、壁厚和預期衝擊強度來選擇:

薄壁小口徑管材(如PP-R家裝管):通常選用15J

厚壁或高抗沖管材:通常選用50J

建議先進行預測試,根據試樣破壞程度更換擺錘能量。
