主要測定塑膠顆粒、粉料中的水分含量。水分過高會導致注塑製品出現氣泡、銀絲、開裂,影響產品外觀和力學性能,因此原料進廠前必須檢測含水率。


Q2:鹵素水分測定儀和傳統烘箱法有什麼區別?

兩者原理相同,都是加熱減重法(乾燥失重法),但效率差別很大:

·烘箱法:需要數小時甚至過夜,操作繁琐

·鹵素法:幾分鐘出結果(多數塑膠樣品 3–10 分鐘),全自動,實時顯示數據

鹵素法更适合生產現場快速質檢和來料批次抽檢。


Q3:SL-V系列精度能滿足塑料檢測要求嗎?

SL-V系列可讀性可達0.001 g(1 mg),部分型號可達0.0001 g,水分讀數分辨率0.01%,完全滿足PE、PP、PVC、PA、PET、ABS等常用塑膠原料的水分檢測需求。


Q4:塑膠顆粒可以直接測嗎?需要粉碎嗎?

分情況:

·顆粒料:可以直接稱量測試,但顆粒內部水分釋放較慢,建議適當延長乾燥時間或選擇合適的加熱模式。

·粉料:表面積大,乾燥速度快,測試效率更高。

·吸濕性強的材料(如 PA、PET):建議粉碎後測試,結果更準確;測試前注意密封取樣,避免環境吸濕影響數據。


Q5:測試一次需要多長時間?

大多數塑膠樣品3–10分鐘即可完成。具體時間取決於:

·樣品形態(粉 < 粒 < 塊)

·初始含水量

·設定的加熱溫度和終點判斷模式


Q6:溫度怎麼設定?不同塑膠有區別嗎?

有區別,溫度設置不當會導致結果偏差甚至樣品分解:

·PE、PP:通常 105–120℃

·PVC:建議 105℃ 左右(溫度過高會釋放小分子,影響結果)

·PA、PET:120–150℃(需參考材料 Tg 和分解溫度)

·具體溫度建議參照對應材料的國家標準或供應商技術參數。
