Q1:卤素水分测定仪在塑料检测中主要测什么?

主要测定塑料颗粒、粉料中的水分含量。水分过高会导致注塑制品出现气泡、银丝、开裂,影响产品外观和力学性能,因此原料进厂前必须检测含水率。


Q2:卤素水分测定仪和传统烘箱法有什么区别?

两者原理相同,都是加热减重法(干燥失重法),但效率差别很大:

·烘箱法:需要几小时甚至过夜,操作繁琐

·卤素法:几分钟出结果(多数塑料样品 3–10 分钟),全自动,实时显示数据

卤素法更适合生产现场快速质检和来料批次抽检。


Q3:SL-V 系列精度能满足塑料检测要求吗?

SL-V 系列可读性可达 0.001 g(1 mg),部分型号可达 0.0001 g,水分读数分辨率 0.01%,完全满足 PE、PP、PVC、PA、PET、ABS 等常用塑料原料的水分检测需求。


Q4:塑料颗粒可以直接测吗?需要粉碎吗?

分情况:

·颗粒料:可以直接称量测试,但颗粒内部水分释放较慢,建议适当延长干燥时间或选择合适的加热模式。

·粉料:表面积大,干燥速度快,测试效率更高。

·吸湿性强的材料(如 PA、PET):建议粉碎后测试,结果更准确;测试前注意密封取样,避免环境吸湿影响数据。


Q5:测试一次需要多长时间?

大多数塑料样品 3–10 分钟即可完成。具体时间取决于:

·样品形态(粉 < 粒 < 块)

·初始含水量

·设定的加热温度和终点判断模式。


Q6:温度怎么设定?不同塑料有区别吗?

有区别,温度设置不当会导致结果偏差甚至样品分解:

·PE、PP:通常 105–120℃

·PVC:建议 105℃ 左右(温度过高会释放小分子,影响结果)

·PA、PET:120–150℃(需参考材料 Tg 和分解温度)

·具体温度建议参照对应材料的国家标准或供应商技术参数。


Q7:除了塑料,还能测其他样品吗?
