问:差示扫描量热仪(DSC)的主要用途是什么?

答:DSC 用于测量样品与参比物之间随温度变化的熱流差。它可以检测玻璃化转变(Tg)、熔融、结晶、固化

及氧化等热事件——是高分子与塑料材料鉴别、质量控制及研发中不可或缺的工具。

问:塑料 DSC 测试应遵循哪些标准?

答:ISO 11357 是塑料 DSC 测试的主要标准系列,涵盖总则(第 1 部分)、玻璃化转变温度(第 2 部分)、熔融

与结晶温度(第 3 部分)以及氧化诱导时间(第 6 部分)。ASTM E967 和 E968 分别涉及 DSC 温度校准与热焓校准。

对于管材材料,ISO 11357-6(OIT)尤其相关。

问:什么是 OIT?为什么对管材材料如此重要?
