問:差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)的主要用途是什麼?

答:DSC用於測量樣品與參比物之間隨溫度變化的熱流差。它可以偵測玻璃化轉變(Tg)、熔融、結晶、固化

及氧化等熱事件——是高分子與塑膠材料鑑別、品質控制及研發中不可或缺的工具。


問:塑膠 DSC 測試應遵循哪些標準?

答:ISO 11357 是塑膠 DSC 測試的主要標準系列,涵蓋總則(第 1 部分)、玻璃化轉變溫度(第 2 部分)、

熔融與結晶溫度(第 3 部分)以及氧化誘導時間(第 6 部分)。ASTM E967 和 E968 分別涉及 DSC 溫度

校準與熱焓校準。對於管材材料,ISO 11357-6(OIT)尤其相關。


問:什麼是 OIT?為什麼對管材材料如此重要?
